About IMA

IMA Facilitation & Learning LLC, is an Atlanta-based facilitation and training provider for public and private companies, educational institutions, religious organizations, etc. who want to take meaningful action to elevate their teams.

IMA provides customized training for organizations to overcome the roadblocks, hurdles and detours they face when planning and executing their path to success. IMA services are performed in-person onsite at an org’s facility or at a conference, as well as virtually. Wherever a team needs inspiration, motivation and activation, IMA is there!

IMA delivers impactful speaker keynotes to conference attendees and other groups who seek to motivate and inspire. Signature offerings include subjects such as leadership, transformation, personal value proposition, women’s empowerment, motherhood, supplier diversity, and faith-based topics. These keynotes can be customized to meet the specific needs of any organization.

IMA is the brainchild of Stephanie Williams. It was her chance to perform her passion while helping others.

Stephanie Williams is a facilitator, teacher, storyteller, leader. Besides being founder of IMA, she is Senior Director of the Global Process Excellence for a $10B global intralogistics company. She is a driving force in the transformation of the organization.

Stephanie authored and self-published a book, Mommy Leadership: How to Use Your Motherhood Skills to Grow as a Leader. She earned a Certified Trainer designation and a Certificate of Online Training. She is a skilled facilitator and has led numerous sessions for various organizations both domestically and internationally. It is with this insight and expertise that she developed workshop facilitation and training content for IMA Facilitation & Learning LLC.

Previously, Stephanie worked at Ford Motor Company in Purchasing for over 20 years. Before joining Ford, Stephanie was an Industrial Engineer at General Motors.

Stephanie has a special passion and talent for education and training and recently joined Clark Atlanta University as an Adjunct Professor in the Supply Chain department. Stephanie launched IMA to help organizations inspire, motivate and activate their teams to achieve success.

Stephanie is the proud mom of two young adult children and a devoted wife of 26 years.
